Autumn’s Story

The Whiled Co. is all about finding the lovely little nooks and crannies that Northern Door has to offer, and sharing them with you.

I grew up in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, building secret hideouts in the forest with my little brother, or whiling my days away perched on a sturdy tree branch with a good book. I met my husband in high school way back in 2002. His career has brought us to multiple states with our two phenomenal little boys, and we are proud to finally be back in Wisconsin. It is a true privilege to call the northern peninsula our home. Our hearts are full of gratitude for everything this community has to offer, and I can’t wait to bring you along on this journey through Northern Door. From restaurants and boutiques, to perfect day hikes and beaches, I hope to provide a little bit of inspiration for your own adventure to our beautiful, magical slice of Wisconsin.
